Plan for going last night was scrapped, due to later time at the clinic, plus wanting to join Jessica for her b-day libation celebration. Worked out well, Blind Lady Ale House (heretofore known as BLAH) had a very tasty Sour Cherry beer, reminiscent of a lambik, with a slight hoppy beer flavor, very yummy.
So, this afternoon/evening will be the venture over to Balboa Park. So far, I have a Christie, a Butch, a Tracy, possibly a Marjy and a healthier Mike. In an attempt to beat the evening crowds, we're thinking of heading over around 4, with the intention of actually scoring parking somewhere nearby. Then, let the walking commence! Let me know if you'd either like to meet up for the heading over, or join up with us at the park. Again, don't forget cash for tasty food and drink, and comfy shoes!

Here are some pictures of the ever-deft (not daft) baby bathers bathing little Sophie... or is it Sasha? Whomever can tell the difference wins a cookie! ;)

Or December Nights, or Holiday on the Prado or Christmas in the Park. Whatever you remember calling it - it begins this Friday! This weekend is the time when the international houses are opening serving up food (drool, $1 lumpia), with the separate booze around the world area, plus the museums are open from 5-10 for free.
Anyone interested in going? Went last year, I seem to remember it being on a Friday, and around 6 pm, so parking wasn't too bad, though it was over on 4th Ave. Just make sure you have your walking shoes on and at least $20 per person if you want to load up on tasty food and tastier drinks (this is where the discovery of Austrian rum and hot chocolate occurred!).
Let me know if you'd like to carpool or attempt to meet up. I seem to remember a yummy glog stand just inside the park after the bridge, across from the entrance to the Museum of Man that should be an easy landmark. Mmmm, glog.

For those of you not on FB or who missed them, here are pictures of Jen's and my new, healthy baby girls, Sophie and Sasha.

Computer set up in my room, now just need to move 2 more loads of stuff. Sever corrupted connections, and never mind the past. So many things ended this year, I'm ready for some new good stuff to start.
So, I go to start my car this morning, and that's when things went down hill. 6 hours and 710.00 later my throttle assembly is fixed and my day w/ da wife is shot to H-E-L-L!!!!!(deep breathing, count to 10, load shotgun...) Gonna try to salvage it w/ trip to "Friendsgiving" @ casa D' Beagle and some brain softening ala' 2012 later tonight.
